However, we also understand that there will be rare occasions when someone may change their mind regarding their purchase and wish to return their order. All merchandise purchased from www.cuddlecovers.com has a 30 day money back guarantee. If at any point within 30 days of receiving your Cuddle Covers you are not completely satisfied with them, simply return your unused Cuddle Covers for a FULL refund of the purchase price less shipping/processing and handling. (provided Cuddle Covers is accompanied by receipt)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call or e-mail (returns@funlifetoys.com) our Cuddle Covers Customer Service department to issue you an RMA # before mailing in your items, please include your original receipt. If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item, you can request a replacement within 7 days from arrival by mail. All merchandise must be returned unused. You also need to provide your original receipt. Refunds will be given on FULL purchase price of product less shipping, processing/handling, and surcharge fees. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless item was damaged in shipping at which point we will happily send you a call tag to pick item up and reship a new product right to your front door at no additional cost to you.
